The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of all the action on 5th Avenue. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore, making it a vibrant and lively area. Additionally, the spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchens were a convenient feature, allowing us to prepare our own meals if desired.

Our overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. the customer service was lacking, with the owner/manager seemingly absent and the staff not proactive in addressing our concerns.

The noise in the rooms can be quite unbearable due to the poor acoustics and nearby massage parlor with no doors.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. They even provided plates, cups, and pots and pans. The location was perfect, right in the middle of 5th Avenue, where there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. We had a great time exploring the city center and enjoying the live performances and impersonators on the street. The beach was also within walking distance, and we were given beach chair vouchers. the cleanliness, facilities, and location of this hotel made our stay exceptional.

Luxurious amenities and prime location make this hotel a top pick for visitors. the exclusive spa centre and massage services were indulgent and rejuvenating. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy a picnic at the outdoor dining area. the swimming pool was pristine and the rooftop pool provided stunning sunset views. Beach access was convenient, with umbrellas available to guests. Private facilities enhanced the comfort of the room.

Although the room was beautifully furnished and spacious, the bedding felt slightly scratchy. It was a minor issue, but otherwise, the room was impeccable.

I will say that the lack of private parking for our rental car was a bit inconvenient, but we found a public parking option nearby. Additionally, the pictures can be slightly misleading in terms of the proximity to the beach.
